If a student is to miss a lesson for ANY reason, All That Jazz Music Academy MUST be notified by 12:00 pm (noon) on the day of the lesson, or by 8:00 am on the day of the lesson for Saturday lessons, in order for a make-up lesson credit to be issued. Once issued, a make-up lesson credit will never expire, as long as the student is currently enrolled and tuition is paid up-to-date. Make-up lessons will be scheduled based on teacher and student availability, and in some cases a qualified substitute teacher may be used. New York Music Academy does not issue discounts or tuition credits for missed lesson. If a teacher will be absent and unable to conduct a scheduled lesson, a qualified substitute may be used, or a make-up lesson credit will be issued.
